Happy New Year!! I still can’t believe we are in 2023! I hope you all had a safe and happy New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day! We had a very quiet and uneventful day, which is always nice. But we did start the year off right with some waffles and a I took the dog for a very nice beach walk! I am someone who loves creating new year’s goals and resolutions for myself. I feel like they help me to change, grow, and become a better person! This year I did something a little different and created several goals for myself within three different categories.

I ended up dividing my goals into three categories. I feel like this will help me to better achieve my goals and to keep myself more accountable. These are all things I have been thinking about but haven’t really put enough time or energy into achieving. And given how well 2022 has been, I have a feeling 2023 will be even better! I believe 2023 will really be my year to shine and these goals will help me get there!
I would love to know, are you someone who creates New Year’s Goals and Resolutions? If not, do you do something different? I believe goals are really important. For one, I think they help to push us to become better versions of ourselves. I also think they help us to measure our growth! If you don’t set goals, I encourage you to make some going into this year! Here is an article with four reasons you should set new year’s goals and resolutions.
